Mantis is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in a large-scale, flagship digital transformation program.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems from the ground up. Responsibilities

  • •End-to-End Ownership: Architect, develop, and deliver robust software solutions across the entire stack using modern backend and frontend technologies.
  • •System Architecture: Lead the design of complex microservices and event-driven architectures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and enterprise security.
  • •Modern Infrastructure: Build and deploy applications within on-premise containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift), integrating seamlessly with internal and external APIs.
  • •AI-Empowered Development: Actively leverage cutting-edge AI coding tools (such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, optimize code, and drive engineering innovation.

Qualifications

  • •Extensive Experience: Proven track record (7+ years) in software development, with deep, hands-on expertise in advanced backend architectures and modern frontend frameworks.
  • •Architectural Mindset: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, complex workflows, and data processing.
  • •Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong practical experience with event streaming, message brokers (e.g., Kafka), and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis).
  • •Forward-Thinking: Hands-on experience and a strong desire to integrate AI tools into your daily development workflow.
  • •Personal Drive: A highly independent problem-solver with a broad system view, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to dive into the technical details when needed.
